Vega Jewellers' board has approved significant changes to its audit oversight.

M/s Sagar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, are appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term.

Simultaneously, M/s Ajay Yadav & Associates, Company Secretaries, will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
