Elpro International has acquired additional equity shares in Ganesha Ecosphere Limited for 5.02 Cr via cash consideration.

This fresh acquisition of 37,395 shares increases Elpro's total holding in Ganesha Ecosphere to 1,20,925 shares.

The move is for investment purposes, strengthening Elpro's stake in a leading Indian rPET Fibre manufacturer that converts PET bottle scrap into textile products.

Ganesha Ecosphere reported a consolidated turnover of 1483.48 Cr for FY 2024-25. This acquisition positions Elpro for potential gains from the growing textile recycling sector.
