Antelopus Selan Energy's promoter, Blackbuck Energy Investments, has significantly increased its stake.

Pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, Blackbuck was allotted 1.99 Cr equity shares.

This transaction boosts their shareholding from 46.31 Lakh shares (30.46%) to 2.46 Cr shares (69.93%) post-amalgamation.
