Yash Trading and Finance Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2025. Standalone total income from operations was Rs 0.0044 crore, with a net loss after tax of Rs 0.1288 crore.

On a consolidated basis, total income from operations also stood at Rs 0.0044 crore, but the company reported a net profit after tax of Rs 0.3986 crore.

These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, fulfilling public disclosure requirements for its financial performance.
