VSF Projects approved its financial results for the quarter.

The company reported a net loss of **0.038 Cr** on a total income of **0.19 Cr**, an improvement from last year's loss.

Key governance updates include the resignation of the prior statutory auditors and the appointment of V D P & Co. as new auditors, subject to shareholder nod.

M/s. P S Rao&Associates were put forth as secretarial auditors for a five-year term, also awaiting shareholder approval.

Further strengthening its team, P.Lenin Babu was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
