VSF Projects' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total income of Rs 0.02 Crore and a net loss of Rs 0.004 Crore.

The company accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, NSVR&Associates LLP, and appointed V D P & Co. Chartered Accountants to fill the vacancy, pending shareholder approval.

The Board also put forward M/s. P S Rao&Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, P. Lenin Babu has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
