VSF Projects Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a net loss of ₹0.04 Cr.

The company noted the resignation of NSVR&Associates LLP as statutory auditors due to time and cost considerations.

V D P & Co. Chartered Accountants have been appointed as new statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board approved for shareholder consideration the appointment of M/s. P S Rao&Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and appointed P. Lenin Babu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting was also approved.
