IGC Industries Limited announces that its Board of Directors has received a resignation letter from M/s ADV & Associates, the company's Statutory Auditor.

The auditor, whose term was scheduled to conclude in 2027, recently submitted the audit report for the latest financial year and the limited review report for the most recent quarter.

The company stated there are no other material reasons for the resignation, and no concerns were raised by the auditor prior to their departure.

This change requires the company to appoint a new auditor.
