Company Update

Hampton Sky Realty Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company announced the appointment of Mr. Kavya Arora as Managing Director, succeeding the previous MD who resigned.

Ms. Ketki Gupta was also appointed as Joint Managing Director.

Both new appointees are related to a current promoter director, aiming to support projected growth and streamline operations.

Additionally, the board proposed M/s HDSG & Associates as the new statutory auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
