Mahanagar Gas (MGL) has announced the completion of its merger with wholly-owned subsidiary Unison Enviro Private Limited (UEPL). This strategic move aims to simplify MGL's corporate structure and streamline operations.

The merger officially became effective on August 16, 2025, following the necessary regulatory filings.

As UEPL was a wholly-owned subsidiary, there is no share dilution for existing MGL shareholders.

UEPL now stands dissolved, integrating fully into MGL, which should enhance overall efficiency.
