SWAN CORP LIMITED (formerly Swan Energy Limited) has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income from operations rose to Rs 1,272.08 Cr from Rs 1,161.55 Cr year-on-year.

However, consolidated net profit after tax significantly declined to Rs 26.99 Cr compared to Rs 267.67 Cr in the same quarter last year, reflecting an EPS of Rs 0.84. Standalone performance showed growth, with total income at Rs 63.07 Cr and net profit after tax at Rs 7.72 Cr, up from Rs 55.67 Cr and Rs 3.25 Cr respectively.

Investors should note the substantial drop in consolidated profitability.
