Alps Industries has announced a Book Closure from September 10-11, 2025. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility for their upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) is September 23, 2025. Shareholders on record as of this date will be eligible to cast their votes electronically for the AGM scheduled for September 30, 2025. E-voting will be available from September 27-29, 2025, enabling shareholder participation in key company decisions.
