Uttam Sugar Mills has withdrawn its previously announced book closure for the final dividend.

The company has now set Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date.

Shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for the final dividend for FY2024-25, as put forth by the board.

This dividend will be paid post-approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
