AAA Technologies has set August 28, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend.

Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share.

This dividend is pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

If approved, the payout will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
