This date determines shareholders eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share (7.5%) for FY24-25. The dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 15, 2025. If approved, payment will be made within 30 days.
