SAIL has fixed Tuesday, September 9, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Shareholders owning shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend of Rs. 1.60 per equity share (16.00%). This dividend, initially suggested by the Board, requires shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
If approved, payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM's green light.
