Happiest Minds Technologies is merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, PureSoftware Technologies, into itself.

A key step has been taken, with the NCLT Bengaluru Bench approving the waiver of shareholder and creditor meetings for both entities.

As PureSoftware is a wholly-owned subsidiary, this structural change does not involve any new share issuance that would dilute existing Happiest Minds shareholders.

This move is expected to enhance operational efficiency for the parent company.
