QVCEL has set September 8, 2025, as the Record Date for its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a final dividend.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5%) for FY2024-25. If approved at the AGM on September 15, 2025, the dividend will be paid within 30 days.

Shares will be in book closure from September 9 to September 15, 2025.
