Pledge/Unpledge

Orient Green Power's promoter, Janati Bio Power Private Limited, has pledged an additional 1 crore shares (0.85% of total share capital) to SPV Finserve Private Limited on August 22, 2025. This pledge is to secure a loan facility.

With this new pledge, the promoter's total encumbered shares now stand at 2 crore shares, representing 1.70% of the company's total share capital.

The promoter's overall holding remains at 28.59 crore shares (24.38%).
