Asha Gupta, a promoter of AVG Logistics, has pledged an additional 6,68,298 equity shares.

These shares serve as collateral for a new Rs. 20 crore term loan that the company plans to secure.

Following this transaction, Asha Gupta's total pledged shares now stand at 35,78,298, representing 23.76% of the company's total share capital.

This move increases the promoter's encumbered holding to support the company's financing needs.
