Following the Reserve Bank of India's cancellation of its NBFC Certificate of Registration, The Swastik Safe Deposit and Investments Limited's Committee of Directors has approved significant changes.

The company plans to change its name to "E&E Enterprises Limited" and completely alter its Memorandum of Association to remove financial business, aligning with new proposed activities in non-financial assets, trading, and real estate.

An ExtraOrdinary General Meeting has been approved for September 25, 2025, where shareholders will vote on these proposed name and MOA changes, signaling a strategic pivot in the company's business focus.
