ALANKIT has set a book closure period from September 17th to September 23rd, 2025, in connection with its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23rd.

The cut-off date for shareholders to be eligible for e-voting at the AGM is September 18th, 2025. This ensures only those holding shares by this date can participate in the electronic voting process for the AGM.
