Committed Cargo's Board has proposed a final dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share for the fiscal year ending March 2025. Shareholder approval is sought at the AGM on September 25. To be eligible for this payout, investors must hold shares by the Record Date of September 17. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 18-25.
