Mastek has set Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend.

Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a proposed final dividend of Rs. 16 per equity share for FY 2024-25. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025, with payout expected within 30 days of approval.

An interim dividend of Rs. 7 per share for FY 2024-25 has already been confirmed.
