Ashapura Minechem Limited has proposed a final dividend of Re.

1/- per equity share (50% on face value Rs. 2/-) for FY 2024-25. To qualify for this dividend, investors must hold shares by the Record Date of September 17, 2025. If shareholders approve the dividend at the Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2025, the payout will be made after this date.
