Record Date

Aarti Surfactants (AARTISURF) has set **Tuesday, September 16, 2025**, as the record date for its proposed final dividend of Re.1/- per equity share (10% on face value Rs.10). Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025. Payment will be made on or before October 22, 2025, if approved.
