NAVNETEDUL has set September 22, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share.

To qualify for this payout, shareholders must be on the company's register by this date.

If approved at the September 29, 2025, AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before October 28, 2025.
