Commercial Syn Bags' Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.40 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. This equates to 4% on the Rs. 10/- face value per share.

The payout is subject to approval from shareholders at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting.

This proposed distribution offers a direct return to investors, with finalization expected post-AGM.
