Prudential Sugar's Share Transfer Book will be closed from Sept 23-30, 2025. This book closure ensures eligibility for shareholders attending and voting at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sept 30, 2025. Only shareholders registered before Sept 23 will be eligible for the FY2024-25 AGM.
