KMS Medisurgi's board has approved its 27th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025. The board also approved the Directors' Report and the full-year financial statements for FY2024-25. Shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of Rs. 0.05 per equity share for FY2025. September 23, 2025, is the record date to determine eligibility for this dividend.

Additionally, the board proposed appointing M/s. Naveen Karn & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the next five financial years.
