Divgi TorqTransfer has revised its Record Date to Tuesday, September 09, 2025, for the upcoming AGM.

This change is due to a settlement holiday.

Shareholders must hold shares by this new cut-off date to be eligible for the final dividend of ₹2.60 per share for FY24-25 and to cast their vote electronically.
