RMDRIP has revised its Record Date to September 09, 2025. This change follows the declaration of September 08, 2025, as a settlement holiday due to Eid.

The Record Date will determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and for the proposed final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for FY 2024-25. Dividend payment, if approved, will commence on or after September 16, 2025.
