ARTEMIS has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Book from September 20 to September 27, 2025, inclusive.

This action is taken in preparation for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 27, 2025, which will address matters for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, the company has set September 19, 2025, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting, enabling eligible shareholders to electronically cast their votes for the AGM.
