Agro Phos has announced a final dividend of Re 1 per share for FY2024-25. To be eligible, ensure your shares are in your name by the record date, September 23, 2025. The company's books will be closed from September 23-30. Dividend payout will be on or after September 30. This date also sets eligibility for e-voting at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
