Promoter Tarun Chaturvedi of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited has pledged 1.60 crore equity shares, which is 10.32% of the company's total share capital.

These shares were pledged to Jaswik Traders Private Limited to secure a loan.

The funds are intended for the company's working capital facilities.

This move increases the portion of the promoter's holding that is encumbered.
