Twamev Construction's promoter, Tarun Chaturvedi, has pledged 1.60 crore shares (10.32% of total company shares) with Jaswik Traders Private Limited on August 14, 2025. These shares, representing about 63% of his personal holding, secure a loan taken for the company's working capital needs.

This development means a significant portion of promoter shares are now encumbered.
