Siel Financial Services received a warning from the BSE regarding a significant delay in filing its application to change its name to CMX HOLDINGS LIMITED.

The company had obtained regulatory approval for the name change well in advance but submitted its application to the Exchange much later.

The BSE has advised the company to exercise caution, take corrective measures to prevent future lapses, and present this warning, along with the steps taken, to its Board of Directors.

The company must also inform the Exchange once its Board has reviewed this advisory and its outcome.
