Record Date

IPSL has set September 23, 2025, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of 10 Paise per equity share for FY 2024-25. This dividend, which is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, will be paid to investors holding shares in demat or physical form by the close of business on the Record Date.

Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend once approved.
