Institutional investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management International (GSAMI) has significantly reduced its stake in Netweb Technologies India.

GSAMI, along with its PACs, sold 1,134,042 shares through open market transactions.

This disposal dropped their total shareholding from 5.481% to 3.423%, meaning they are no longer a substantial shareholder in the company.
