Max Heights Infrastructure's shareholders at their 44th Annual General Meeting approved several key proposals.

These include adopting the financial statements and reports, and updating the company's core documents by adopting new Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Naveen Narang as a Director and set his remuneration as Managing Director.

Furthermore, Mr. Gourav was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, and M/s Shailendra Roy & Associates were appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years.

These decisions strengthen the company's governance and operational framework.
