Max Heights Infrastructure Limited's shareholders, at their 44th Annual General Meeting, approved several key governance and operational proposals.

This included adopting new Memorandum and Articles of Association, modernizing the company's foundational documents.

Shareholders also re-appointed Mr. Gourav as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective December 24, 2025, following review by the nomination and remuneration committee.

Mr. Naveen Narang was appointed as a Director, and his remuneration as Managing Director was fixed.

Additionally, M/s Shailendra Roy & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year period, enhancing compliance oversight.
