Bodal Chemicals' statutory auditors, Naresh J Patel & Co., merged with B N P S AND ASSOCIATES LLP.

The new firm will continue as auditors for the remaining term until 2027, bringing extensive experience and a competent team.

Board approval is in place, with shareholder approval expected at the upcoming AGM.
