USASEEDS has revised its record date for the 3:7 bonus share issue from September 26, 2025, to October 10, 2025. This change ensures all necessary approvals from NSE are in place.

Shareholders holding shares on October 10, 2025, will be eligible to receive 3 new fully paid-up bonus equity shares (face value Rs. 10 each) for every 7 existing shares they own.

The company aims to complete the bonus share process within 60 days of the original Board approval.
