Chemo Pharma Laboratories' shareholders have approved significant changes at their Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Ruchit Mehta was appointed as Managing Director & CEO, and Mr. Utsav Trivedi as Executive Director & CFO.

Additionally, Ms. Sarvagya Goel, Ms. Shilpy Chopra, and Ms. Simran Utsav Trivedi were appointed as Independent Directors.

The company also appointed M/s. Arvind Sudra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s.SSRV& Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy.
