Orient Green Power's promoter, Janati Bio Power Private Limited, recently pledged an additional 26.6 Cr shares (22.67% of the company's total equity) on September 30, 2025. This pledge was made to Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as debenture trustee for SVL Limited.

With this transaction, the promoter's entire holding of approximately 28.6 Cr shares (24.38% of total equity) is now encumbered.
