IRB Infrastructure has announced an investment of **Rs. 753.48 Cr** in its sponsored entity, IRB InvIT Fund.

The company will acquire 11.97 Cr additional units through a preferential issue at Rs. 62.95 per unit.

This strategic capital infusion allows IRB InvIT to acquire three new road project SPVs from IRB Infrastructure Trust, significantly expanding its operational road and highway asset portfolio.

This move strengthens IRB InvIT's long-term growth prospects and reinforces IRB's overall strategy in the infrastructure sector.
