Rajasthan Gases has received approval from the Registrar of Companies for alterations to its Memorandum of Association and the adoption of a new set of Articles of Association.

This strategic move allows the company to significantly diversify its business scope beyond gases.

The updated MOA now includes main objects to engage in general trading of various goods, commodities, and merchandise, both wholesale and retail, and to participate in financial markets, including futures and options trading.

The new AOA aligns the company's internal regulations with the Companies Act, 2013. This formalizes a broader operational horizon and paves the way for a potential name change.
