ACME Solar Holdings is significantly increasing its ownership in subsidiary ACME Sigma Urja Private Limited.

The company will invest Rs 1.5 Cr to boost its stake from 49% to 99.66%. This strategic move gives ACME Solar almost full control over its renewable energy project development arm, taking full responsibility for funding and commissioning new clean energy projects.
