The company has allotted 1.19 Cr equity shares to 19 non-promoter investors and 45 lakh warrants to a promoter, all at Rs 16 each.

This preferential issue brings in approximately Rs 22.05 Cr, increasing paid-up capital from Rs 22.20 Cr to Rs 24.78 Cr.
