Indiabulls Enterprises (IEL) has set October 28, 2025, as the Record Date for its corporate restructuring.

For every 100 IEL shares held, shareholders will receive 110 equity shares of Yaari Digital.

This share swap follows an NCLT-approved scheme.

After this action, IEL's equity shares will be delisted.
